Louise Delamere (born 1969) is an English actress most famous as the character Lia in the Channel 4 comedy drama, No Angels. Delamere is from Wallasey, Wirral, Merseyside and was a classmate of the Boo Radleys at St Mary's College. She studied acting at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, where she was a contemporary and close friend of David Tennant. She has since worked in television, as well as in some film and stage productions. Delamere has previously appeared in Agatha Christies Poirot: Evil Under The Sun in which she played Arlena Stewart, an actress who is murdered on a beach. She was also featured in a Cadfael episode entitled"The Holy Thief." She also appeared in the BBC crime show Waking The Dead as Elaine Ashcroft, again playing a murder victim in the fourth seasons finale episode Thin Air. She recently had a role in the television drama, The Chatterley Affair, and appeared in an episode of Torchwood entitled"Out of Time". She will next be seen in the film Daddy's Girl.
